Basketball Hoop Installation
Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Basketball Systems installed by Precise Assemblies ("we") are warranted to the Original Retail Consumer Purchaser ("you", "your") to be free from defects in workmanship for the lifetime of ownership. The word "defects" is defined as imperfections that impair the use of the basketball hoop.
This Warranty was last updated on .We reserve the right to change this Warranty from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Warranty periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of your basketball hoop after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.
Warranty Fulfillment
Precise Assemblies reserves the right to request and examine photographs of basketball hoop's claimed to be defective, before authorization of warranty claims. Mileage and travel expenses involved in the repair of your basketball system will be your responsibility. If the unit is not maintained, lubricated, or tightened on its yearly, monthly, weekly, and/or daily service schedule as stated by the manufacturer, this Warranty will be void.
What is not covered by this Warranty
This Warranty does not cover defects or damage due to shipping, handling, alteration, accidents, vandalism, weather conditions (rusting), fading, discoloration, cracks that do not affect the functionality of the product, exposure to corrosives, negligence, misuse, abuse, abnormal use, vandalism, fire (anything other than a type of basketball activity or related contact with the unit), scratching, scuffing or any event beyond the control of Precise Assemblies. If the unit is not maintained, lubricated, or tightened on its yearly, monthly, and/or daily service schedule as stated by the manufacturer, this Warranty will be void.
Liability
Precise Assemblies shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the products or other damages concerning any economic loss, loss of property, loss of enjoyment of use, costs of removal, installation or other consequential damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty on these products.
Warranty Claims
Proof of purchase or Installation Agreement stating Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty dated on-or-after by the original purchaser is required for all warranty claims. For the original purchaser to submit a warranty claim, contact Precise Assemblies by any method listed on the Contact Us page.
Swing Set Assembly
